Graeme is passionate about delivery having spent over 25 years working across a spectrum of delivery roles, including leading significant transformational programs. He founded GiveMore in 2014 and has built a successful business that partners closely with its customers to hone it’s offering. He thrives on the challenge of change, bringing natural resilience and a focus on creating environments where others can flourish

Bernadette Mahoney
Principal Consultant
Bern is a driven delivery professional with extensive experience in delivering quality technology enabled solutions at scale across Financial Services and Insurance organisations. With a passion for empowering and building teams that are focused on delivery and continuous improvement, Bern has exceptional facilitation skills to help our clients meet their strategic priorities.
Steve Ellis
Principal Consultant
Steve is a key member of the GiveMore leadership team with over 20 years of experience across finance, insurance, construction, and technology industries. Since joining Givemore in 2016, he has led major change programs for insurers, enhancing delivery models, decreasing time to market, and eliminating waste. As a GiveMore Consultant, Steve has led teams for key clients, driving successful outcomes and fostering strong client relationships through his expertise and leadership.

Principal Consultant
Jo joined GiveMore in 2020 and brings with her nearly 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Jo has delivered several significant transformation projects and is known for her analytical approach and practical perspective on delivery.
